Rear subframe and suspension

The standard NC MX5 rear end is a well designed 5 link, independent unit mounted in its own subframe.  As the Mazda engineers went to a lot of trouble to design and develop a state of the art independent rear suspension I saw no need to try to out-think them and set up a whole new rear assembly for the Locost clubman.  Therefore, with a bit of design and fabrication the complete NC MX5 rear subframe was fitted to the Locost chassis.
